Process

We design and provide you with the DIGITAL DOWNLOAD (JPEG, PNG, PDF)

Tell us your theme, colors, email us your photos and inspirations, and all the text you want included. Three free revisions are included in the design.

After you place an order with us, and with your personalization filled out, a concept will be processed, and your draft will be sent to you within 3 business days. After your approval, you will receive your final files within 24 hours.

❋ Please Note: This is not a template and is not editable by you. They will be customized with your information by us, and will be emailed to you with a final flattened file which will be ready to print as many times as you need.

Timeline

After you place your order

You'll receive the 1st design draft 3 business days from when your order is placed.

Client Review and Approval

Get a chance to review the design, make any changes and or approve. This typically can last 2-3 business, and also depends on the promptness of our communication.

Possible Revisions

If you have changes to the design, this will push back the typical timeline. Revision timing can vary from 2-5 business days. Any package you purchase automatically comes with three free revisions (three opportunities to revise the design drafts). Additional revisions have a fee and pricing vary per type of revision.

If you have a time-sensitive project, and depending on the project, we encourage you to place your order with us atleast 1-3 months ahead.

Receive your digital files

After you approve the design, we will finalize and within one business day, a link wlll be provided for you to download your files.

For best time and immediate response time, please contact us between our business hours. We are closed on Holidays and weekends. Responses may be delayed on weekends, but we do our best to answer any questions as soon as we can.
