Following your inquiry, we will provide you a quote for your package chosen. Once you decide to continue with us, we will send you a detailed questionnaire and contracts that must be signed and returned with a deposit to secure the project.

We will send you a creative direction for your approval.

Your design concepts will be delivered within 15 business days.

Following your approval of the design concepts, we will design the rest of your package.

Once all of your design entities have been approved, you will be emailed a link to your final files.

The timeline will be determined by our ability to communicate on time. We have a "No Communication Policy" where after 30 days of no communication, the project will be terminated and considered cancelled.

Only digital files will be sent; there will be no physical items.

We own copyright to any designs that have not been approved and signed for final production. You will have complete ownership of the designs once they have been approved, signed and finalized.

The font license is not included but can be purchased separately; a license link is included in the final package.

You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in our policy by purchasing a package from our digital design studio.
RETURN POLICY:
Due to the customizable nature of the products, we are unable to provide a refund/return/exchange once the design process has begun.
