You can print right at home or take your exported PDF or JPEG file to any print shop. I do provide crop/trim marks in the PDF versions.

Please Note: Colors on your computer screen & your actual printed material may vary due to differences in monitor calibration & printer/paper variations. I recommend printing your item if you are concerned about color conflict or feel free to contact me with any of your worries to ensure we make a match!
Digital downloads are not eligible for refunds. All sales are final. Please read the listing carefully so you know the product specifications or ask me any questions prior to purchase.

Due to the digital nature of our services and products, it is deemed “used” after opening, viewing, and or downloading, and all purchases made on JRegacho Designs are non-refundable or exchangeable.

We CANNOT provide a return/refund for a design service, such as ANY CUSTOM DESIGNS (invites, posters, menus, etc.) that has already been drafted and provided the design to you within 3-10 business days from your order/purchase.
All payments are due in full before any design or production is started on your order. Once checkout is complete, please be sure you sent me all your details to complete your order.

A rough draft proof will be sent following your purchase with all your invitation details. Please be sure your contact method is up-to-date via Etsy (email). Processing times will not begin until the proof is approved by you. Processing times are based on proof approval date. Your delivery times rely on your response times so be sure to keep an eye out for your proofs to avoid delays.
